HealthNet Aeromedical Services Honors Graduates of Flight Academy Class Romeo
CHARLESTON, W.Va. - HealthNet Aeromedical Services is pleased to announce its latest round of graduates of its 2025 flight academy program.
Program leaders along with friends and family of the graduates gathered for a special ceremony June 5 at the Charleston Light Opera Guild Theatre. The six flight nurses and four flight paramedics graduating from HealthNet Aeromedical Services Flight Academy Romeo were presented with graduation certificates and flight vests.
This program is a rigorous 10-week academy where students receive classroom and hands-on training through simulation labs and a helicopter simulator.
The newly certified mobile critical care nurses and paramedics will be stationed at bases throughout HealthNet Aeromedical Services’ service region. Graduates and their assigned bases are below:

· Thomas Hayes, Flight Paramedic, Base 9 (Lewisburg, W.Va.)
· Nathaniel Hickman, Flight Nurse, Base 6 (Buckhannon, W.Va.)
· Sarah Kessick, Flight Paramedic, Base 2 (Milwood, W.Va.)
· Casey Saunders, Flight Nurse, Base 2 (Milwood, W.Va.)
· Trevor Sebring, Flight Nurse, Base 10 (Moundsville, W. Va.)
· Courtney Shears, Flight Paramedic, Base 6 (Buckhannon, W.Va.)
· Cole Teal, Flight Nurse, Base 5 (Beckley, W. Va.)
· Donna Wauthier, Flight Paramedic, Base 10 (Moundsville, W. Va.)
